community outreach
Randstad Pharma is committed to improving the quality of life and enhancing the vitality of the communities in which we operate. Through our corporate social responsibility initiatives, we provide support to causes reflecting employee and community interests by the means of employee volunteer efforts, corporate initiatives, and monetary donations. Our charitable initiatives focus on supporting charities that are devoted to child welfare and our mission of “shaping the world of work.” As such, Randstad has aligned with well respected organizations that are compatible with our corporate objectives:
March of Dimes
March of Dimes is a National Organization dedicated to improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. The organization carries out this mission through research, community services, education and advocacy to save babies' lives. March of Dimes researchers, volunteers, educators, outreach workers and advocates work together to give all babies a fighting chance against the threats to their health: prematurity, birth defects, low birthweight.

International Rett Syndrome Foundation (IRSF)
Rett syndrome is a childhood neurodevelopmental disorder that affects females almost exclusively. Loss of muscle tone is usually the first symptom, but other early symptoms may include problems crawling or walking and diminished eye contact. As the syndrome progresses, a child will lose purposeful use of her hands and the ability to speak. Though there is no current cure for Rett Syndrome, constant research allows for the development of new therapies and treatments. Your contributions aid in the management of such research.

Junior Achievement
Junior Achievement is the world’s largest organization dedicated to educating students about work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy through experiential, hands-on programs. They have a commitment to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in the global economy and have a belief system in the boundless potential of young people.
