Greg Coir

President, Randstad Pharma
Executive Vice President of Randstad's Pharma and Life Sciences Division

As President of Randstad Pharma, Greg is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company, and laying the foundation for future growth. He oversees the successful placement of contractors within the life sciences industry, as well as new business development, client retention, training, marketing, and more.

Greg got his start in the staffing industry in 1988 and has assumed managerial and executive positions within Randstad Professionals US (formerly Vedior) since 1993. This includes overseeing merger and acquisition activity, P&L management and revenue generation. Greg is active in many industry associations and has been quoted in publications such as the International Review of Employment, Staffing Industry Analysts and Modern Healthcare.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry.

Victoria Stumpf

Senior Vice President

Victoria Stumpf is the Senior Vice President of Sales at Randstad Pharma and brings over 20 years of experience to the company. She has been in the staffing industry since 1987 and focused on business development and sales for the life sciences industry since 1999. In 2003, she was instrumental in launching the Life Sciences division of Randstad Pharma. Known for her rock-solid work ethic and ability to cultivate relationships and manage key accounts, Victoria provides stability and strategic leadership to Randstad Pharma's sales operation. She has received numerous sales awards and boasts an impressive roster of clients, including many Fortune 500 companies.

Victoria is a member of the Drug Information Association (DIA), American Staffing Association (ASA), and is an ASA Certified Staffing Professional.

Melissa Beauchamp

Vice President, Recruitment

Melissa Beauchamp is the Vice President of Recruitment at Randstad Pharma and brings over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical staffing industry. Known for her extraordinary ability to build and leverage professional relationships, Melissa's philosophy is based on integrity, open communication, timely follow-up, and the ability to best address the career goals of individuals.

In pharmaceutical staffing since 1999, Melissa has a stellar track record of achievement in her field and is frequently recognized for excellence in recruiting. In 2003, she was instrumental in launching the Life Sciences Division of Delta Pharma where she now oversees the entire recruiting operations of the firm, including the clinical, scientific, and clinical IT functions. Her responsibilities encompass strategic recruitment planning and initiatives, and the development of employee and consultant retention programs. Melissa also plays a vital role in outsourcing support and sales account management.

Melissa is a member of the Drug Information Association (DIA) and the American Staffing Association (ASA).

Tania De Decker

Senior Director of Life Sciences, Global Solutions (based in Brussels, Belgium)

For global, non-US based staffing and project-based needs, please contact Tania at Tania.de.decker@randstadholding.com.  Tania De Decker is Senior Director of Life Sciences for Global Client Solutions.  She oversees all staffing solutions for life science companies on a global basis, based from her office in Brussels, Belgium.  Tania first joined Randstad Belgium in 1994 as a Branch Manager and then later as a Training Manager and then Regional Director.  In 2003 she started Randstad's global life sciences division, offering staffing solutions for clients across Europe and around the world offering one seamless solution for our global life science clients.
