Recruiter/Consultant Introductions. Our recruiters will schedule an in-depth phone interview or meeting with you in order to get a better understanding of your expectations and job requirements. We understand the need for confidentiality and will work with your individual schedule to determine a time that works best for you.

Setting Expectations. During the job search process it's important that we continue to stay in touch on a regular basis. Understanding communication lines and how to best get in touch with you will be very important. We will work together to set realistic timeframes for follow-up and discuss what will be needed to ensure that we are able to react quickly when new opportunities are presented for your consideration.
Preparing Opportunities for your Consideration. Our recruiters will present you with job opportunities as they become available and meet your criteria. We will be available to answer any questions you may have on the position, and most importantly give you the time needed to make an informed decision without any pressure from us. We believe it's important that you have all the information to make the best decision for you.
Moving Forward. Once our recruiters have presented you with in-depth information on each job opportunity, we will then ask for your permission to submit your profile for one or more position. We strongly believe in professional courtesy and integrity, and will always require your verbal or written authorization before we present your resume to a client.
Presenting your Credentials. Our recruiters work hand-in-hand with our client account specialists to match your credentials with those required for the position. Our client account specialists will personally see to it that your resume gets in front of the hiring manager, and will answer any questions the client has on your credentials and capabilities. We work together as a team to bring together great experience to great organizations.
Ongoing Communication. After your resume has been reviewed by the client, we will share any feedback that is provided by the hiring manager with you. If a match has been made, we will then schedule a phone interview or onsite interview. Your recruiter will provide you with guidance to help prepare you for the interview process, including sample questions of what may be asked during the interview. We will work endlessly with you to ensure that you are prepared on the day of the interview.
Final Stage. Once we have received an offer from the client, we will work with you to negotiate that offer and ensure you get all that is expected. We will also provide helpful tips to help you start your new position.
